At Sea View Holiday Cottages, on the Lincolnshire coast, we extend a warm welcome to guests whether human or dogs! Our dog friendly, self-catering holiday cottages are situated within metres of the Saltfleetby / Theddlethorpe Dunes, National Nature Reserve. The area provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere ideal for bird watching, walking and cycling. There is an abundant variety of plants, birds and other wildlife.

There is a choice of marked walks among the sand dunes of the Nature Reserve, from which there are fine panoramic views towards Skegness, the Lincolnshire Wolds and to Donna Nook (famous for the seals coming ashore during November – January for their breeding season).

The market towns of Louth, Alford and Horncastle are within easy reach and well worth a visit as is the city of Lincoln.

The nearby seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness provide traditional coastal attractions.

Horseshoe Cottage

Originally converted from a barn, Horseshoe cottage provides comfortable, well equipped, self contained accommodation all on one level.

Horseshoe cottage has its own secure private garden area (garden furniture provided) to enable you to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
There is ample parking available on the large gravel drive near to the cottage. Night time lighting is provided in this area and within the cottage garden for your convenience.

Horseshoe cottage has a spacious double bedroom (sleeps 2), a well equipped kitchen / living area which includes T.V / D.V.D, WiFi, central heating, full size fridge, oven & hob plus microwave. There is a full size bath with shower over. Towels and bedding are provided with heat and power included.

Dogs are welcome at Horseshoe cottage (maximum of 2).

Cloverleaf Cottage

Originally converted from a barn, Cloverleaf cottage provides comfortable, well equipped, self contained accommodation all on one level.

Cloverleaf cottage has its own secure private garden area (garden furniture provided) to enable you to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
