Hillingford B&B has three newly refurbished bedrooms and can cater for a maximum of 6 adult guests. The Snaefell Room and North Barrule Room can be arranged as sumptuous superking beds or two single beds. These rooms offer elegant simplicity, stunning south facing views of the garden and hills, supersized comfortable beds, and new modern shower rooms.

All our rooms offer: free Wifi, Freeview TV, hairdryers, toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits/chocolates, luxurious large towels, dressing tables, and full length mirrors. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor.

Breakfast is served in our beautiful conservatory, which overlooks private landscaped gardens and the northern mountains. Guests also have the option of alfresco dining on the large south facing patio.

We offer a generous continental breakfast with wonderful pastries, bread, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit juice and a selection of teas and coffee.

Guests have the luxury of booking a private relaxing two-hour session
in our beautiful outdoor garden hot tub and sauna, with a cosy indoor relaxation area.

(Prices are £30 per person per 2 hour session  - 2023.  Spa facilities are only available to guests staying overnight at Hillingford B&B and aged 15 + years.)
