Greystone Seaside Holiday Home is located next to our family farm, set in the glorious Gower countryside with footpaths to the sea and countryside alongside the property.

The closest bay is Mewslade, a short 10 minutes walk through a wooded valley. It has large caves for exploring, rock pools to dip in, sand perfect for sandcastles and clear blue water to surf, play or just watch. When the tide is in rock climbing or walk around the coastal path to the famous ‘Worms Head’.

Accommodation

5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 12

Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, washer / dryer, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans.

The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 12 people comfortably. The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory.

Conservatory is a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden.

The cloakroom has toilet, wash hand basin and hooks for coats.

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, all rooms are light and spacious with views over the countryside. (The fifth bedroom –  a king size bed is located downstairs off the main hall)

One bathroom hosts a walk in waterfall shower, separate bath, toilet and basin. The other has a walk in waterfall shower, toilet & basin.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

The house has a very large mature garden with trees and plants collected from around the world.

There is a patio and BBQ area, with adequate seating and tables for alfresco dining.

There are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet.

There is parking on the shared drive for three cars.
