This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the paid group posting service offered by RW Jemmett trading as the Outdoor Directory, (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Facebook group “UK Walking and Hiking is Great” (the “Group”). By submitting a payment to post in the Group, you (“you” or “user”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions cover the service that will give you pre-approval to post to the UK Walking and Hiking is Great Facebook Group – the ‘Facebook Group’.
1 – Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the paid group posting service.
You must have a valid Facebook account in good standing.
2 – Paid Group Posting Service
For a fee, you may submit a post to the Group.
The fee for posting in the Group is per time period of access, preapproved posting
Payment must be made in advance of posting.
We reserve the right to refuse any post that we deem to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions.
We retain the right to terminate the service at any time. Should this be solely a decision on our part then we will refund proportionate to any time remaining on your contracted posting period.
You may terminate the service at any time and request a refund for any time remaining on your contracted posting period.
You must conform to Facebook Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions of the Facebook Group and the Terms and Conditions contained in this document at all times. Should you not meet these conditions and the service is terminated you will not be able to request a refund for any remaining contract period.

We retain the right to delete any post, comment or other activity on the Facebook Group at any time and for any reason.
The following subjects will not be allowed:
Any illegal activities including Wild Camping. Any activities that are not connected with Walking and Hiking in the UK. Any Posts that are detrimental to any other users of the Group these may include but not limited to content that is:
- Illegal or unlawful
- Harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
- Obscene, vulgar, or offensive
- Discriminatory or hateful
- Misleading or deceptive
- In violation of Facebook’s Community Standards
3 – Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your posts.
By posting to the Group, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your posts in connection with the Group.
4 – Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the paid group posting service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
- Injury to person or property
5 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the paid group posting service or your violation of these terms and conditions.
6 – Termination
We may terminate your access to the paid group posting service at any time, with or without cause.
7 – Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
8 – Modifications
We retain the right to change any aspect of this service at any time including the cost and duration of the service.
We retain the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions for this service at any time.
