Please note: Membership and posting for individuals is free but we make a small charge for organisations, businesses, and commercial enterprises.
How does this work?
We want to keep the process as simple as possible. This is how it works.
- First, complete the form below to request access and agree to the Terms of Service
- We will then review the form and let you know whether your application has been successful. In short, whether your organisation/business fits with the theme of the Facebook Group and whether we believe that you meet the general ethos of the Group. Please check out the Terms of Service.
- We will then send you confirmation of acceptance and payment details. (Following Payment, we will send you a receipt)
- We then request that you create your first post to the Facebook Group. If this is acceptable we will approve the post and then pre-approve future you as an author so that your posts are immediately published.
- We will confirm to you when your period of posting ends and automatically send you a reminder – with further payment options to extend the service.
Posting
You may post to the Facebook Group by visiting the Group or by using an automatic posting solution/ service of your choice. The posts should always be posted by the same author and we would advise you not to post the same content too frequently. In addition to Facebook Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions, we may delete any posts that receive complaints or adverse comments. Facebook has mechanisms that will flag issues to us as the admin/owner of the Group. We may also remove any comments from your posts or comments that you may add that are detrimental to the Facebook Group in any way.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us either via Facebook or through his website at any time and we will of course answer your questions at any time. We will add you to an email list so that we can send you updates on the service, Facebook Group statistics, additional service opportunities, changes in terms and conditions, etc, related to the Facebook Group and this website. We will try and make sure that all emails are targeted given the status of the services that you have acquired. For example, you may also wish us to create a lifetime listing on this website’s outdoor Directory.
