Description

 RJ Fitness and Coaching is creating a community of women who love being active together outdoors.
If you need some help finding ways to become more active, enjoy moving your body or working towards a personal goal/challenge then I’d be delighted to chat more to see if I can help.
I have over 15 years of successful experience, working with all ages.  I love helping people bring about behaviour change through simple lifestyle interventions, active travel and positive healthy habits.
Experienced, passionate, nurturing and full of creative ideas, I can guarantee you a personalised approach whatever your goal.
I’ll also make sure we have some fun along the way too!

Walks

My led walks always provide you with an opportunity to discover new places, enjoy being outdoors and all the many benefits you get from the fresh air and nature. A walk is always so much more than just a walk. It’s connecting with others, being out in nature and giving yourself time knowing that you are being looked after on a well planned and enjoyable route. There are a range of walks on offer and we walk at the pace of the slowest walker, so no one ever gets left behind. I also offer a FREE sunrise walk every month, so if you're not sure come and join me it would be lovely to meet you.

Cycling

Cycling has been a big passion of mine from a very early age. I understand what it’s like to be a true beginner. Feeling unconfident with my skills on a bike and lacking knowledge on how to look after my bike. It has helped me keep fit, lose weight, discover new places and make amazing friends. But most of all I just love the freedom it gives you, how it makes you feel, giving you the headspace that is often needed in our busy world. So if you’re new to cycling, would like to brush up on some cycle skills, want to know how to fix a puncture or clean your bike then keep an eye on my cycling events page. And if you are looking for a more tailored approach, maybe you're training for a specific event or need a specific cycling plan then reach out to me, as I'd love to help you on your cycling journey.

Weekly Classes

I currently offer a weekly live online class, as well as an On Demand library with nearly 80 express (15 mins) workouts for you to choose from. Throughout the year I also run a number of online programmes to help inspire and motivate you, as well as find a love to enjoy moving. My aim is to help you feel more body confident, improve your mindset, have fun, ultimately helping you to become a fitter, healthier, happier version of you, which is 'simply awesome'. Whether you’re a regular cyclist or runner and looking for creative ways to improve your strength or you're new to exercise and looking for fun ways to enjoy it. I'm sure you will find a class to suit you. The great thing too is that it doesn't matter if you can't make a live class, as they are all recorded, so you can do them at anytime to suit you. Why not take a look at what’s on offer. Your first live class is always free, so you’re very welcome to try it first.
