Our Cottages

Polrunny Farm’s traditional barn-conversion cottages offer the perfect base for your Cornish adventures.

Converted from farm barns that date back to the seventeenth century, with thick stone walls and wooden beams, our cottages are comfortable, cosy and quiet.

And with windows larger than your average stone cottage, our holiday accommodation provides admirable views over the sea, the countryside or the farm’s gardens.

All of our cottages are well-equipped for modern living. You will find the following in each cottage:

• Wifi
• Smart TV, from which you can log in to your own streaming service
• Sofa and other comfortable lounge seating
• Good sized dining furniture
• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Fully equipped kitchen, with full-sized oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and well-stocked cupboards and drawers
• Comfortable beds, with bed linen supplied

A welcome pack containing freshly baked items and local Cornish produce will be in your cottage upon your arrival. We provide towels in all cottages.

Our two-bed cottages contain whirlpool baths. A selection of children's games, board games and books is also provided.

Other equipment such as children and baby-related items can be provided upon request.

Our dog-friendly cottages

So long as your dog is house-trained, we allow dogs at three of our traditional Cornish cottages, Seaberry, Blackberry and Elderberry.

As well as dog treats, our welcome pack for your dog includes a dog bed, dog bowl and blanket for use whilst your dog is with us.
