Tash is a qualified INWA British Nordic Walking Instructor and a trained Outdoor First Aider. She has a passion for all things outdoor and a desire to see others fall in love with being out in nature and improving their health. A former runner, injury brought her to Nordic Walking and she hasn’t looked back! She loves to complete long-distance walks and each year she takes part in the ‘Walk 1000 Miles Challenge’. Recently she took up Open Water Swimming and has even swum throughout the Winter. She firmly believes that Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and every body and there are huge physical and mental benefits to be had from regular Nordic Walking.
